YOUR PROFILE

• Practical experience in operational logistics, ideally in the food industry
• Excellent knowledge of Excel to analyze and manage data
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under time pressure
• Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Team orientation and good communication skills
• Fluency in Italian and English to be able to communicate with international partners

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operational scheduling of transports, taking schedules and costs into account
• Efficient communication with suppliers and logistics service providers to ensure a smooth process
• Monitoring and tracking deliveries to ensure they arrive on time and in perfect condition
• Working closely with other departments such as production, sales and purchasing to optimize logistics processes
• Processing customer orders and forwarding them to the relevant logistics centers
• Identification of optimization potentials in the existing logistics processes
